The process of making bean curd skin requires multiple procedures. 

First, discard the soybean shell, then soak the beans, grind it, squeeze the pulp, cook the pulp, detach the skin, and lastly, dry it into bean

curd skin(Fu Chuk). Each step has to be very precise to get the highest quality and taste.
